How long is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two phases:

Processing time:
Within 1 business day after your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment. -
Shipping time:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia: 5–15 business days*
Shipping is handled by YunExpress.
*All delivery times exclude customs delays. Delays may occur during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Chinese New Year.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 USD. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $3.95 USD will be applied for delivery to your doorstep.
Where is my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, shipments may be divided into multiple parcels.
My tracking number doesn’t work?
It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the website. We kindly ask for your patience. If the tracking still shows no information, please contact us.
