Return Policy

If you have received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please contact us at service@pawsomebond.com for further assistance.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original and resalable condition.

Once we have received your return, we will check that the item is in its original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached). If everything is in order, you are entitled to a full refund, minus return shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without the original tags attached.

Return Request

  • Download, print, and complete the return form.

  • Send the return form along with a picture of the returned product via email to service@pawsomebond.com

  • Once your return has been approved, ensure it is well packaged and meets all requirements listed below.

  • Clearly mark the package with “Return” on the outside.

  • Use an insured shipping service to make sure your package reaches us safely.

  • Send a follow-up email with the shipping information to service@pawsomebond.com

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • Make sure all returned goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

  • Returns must be sent with a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

  • Ensure your return form has been approved – without approval, your return cannot be processed.

Easy Returns in Three Steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Include your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order back together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Always use a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Receive a refund or a refund via gift card. For orders over $100, you will receive a digital gift code equal to the return amount. For orders under $100, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within five business days after we receive your package.

Please note: Return costs range from $20 – $30. This includes shipping costs to our warehouse as well as service fees.
